OBP Type-M IWR Mortar is a dry, factory blended mortar comprised of Portland cement, hydrated lime, washed/dried sand, and proprietary integral water repellent. Suitable wherever a high quality masonry mortar with integral water repellent is required. Satisfies ASTM C270 Type M (2,500 psi min.) For load and non-load bearing construction.
